How To Edit a page on my site with Mozilla Editor

Setting Up Mozilla to edit a few lines on a web page

1) Go to the "Page" you want to edit while browsing with Mozilla

2) Go To top left menu links File, go down until you find Edit Page, select that

 

The page will now open in an new window with the ability to edit text. Find the Text you want to edit, and put mouse in the correct place and edit!

 

After you are done editing, go to File> Publish As

 

You will now need your server information. If you do not have this please contact us. You will need the URL of your website, your user name and password. Input these

 

( replace "yourwebsite.com with your actual url)

 

Now Click the Publish Tab

Site Name: your url
Page Title : chances are that this will already be filled in
Filename: This must the same name as the "live" file on your website

Sub: Must be public_html/

Uncheck "Include images

Click Publish.
