Same as receiving emails.
Occasionally a spammer will send out bulk emails, and our shared IP could get blacklisted. We never allow spamming on our servers, but spammers are very clever and will "use" our IP in their emails, even though it never actually came from our server, but another completely.
If you see that our IP has been black listed, please open a support ticket and send us the error message, and hopefully we can get it removed quickly
