How to Remove old Email accounts?

Q- We had our former internet service discontinued , a few

days after your service was installed. My e-mail keeps

asking for my old user name  and will not allow me on. Can

you help me? 



A-  To Remove the reference to the old service do the

following Open Email Program Go to  Tools ( top tool bars )

Then select accounts. You should be able to see the Red

Gecko Account that is set as default. Look around until you

find the old email.  Am guessing something with your old ISP

, you may want to double check this is the correct email

account you want to delete by clicking and making it blue...

Then Click Properties. After you make sure it is the account

you want to delete. In Internet Accounts window click remove.
